Breakdown Driver & Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Lowbed Driver to safely and efficiently transport light vehicles from different locations in Qatar as per receiving orders. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe loading, securing, and unloading of cargo, ensuring compliance with all local traffic laws and company safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe and proper loading, securing (strapping, chaining), and unloading of all cargo, adhering to weight distribution guidelines.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck and trailer, reporting any defects or maintenance needs immediately.
- Maintain accurate logbooks and trip records, including delivery receipts and inspection reports.
- Adhere strictly to all Qatari traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery schedules are met.

Mandatory Requirements:
- Valid Qatari Heavy Driving License: Essential for operating heavy vehicles.
- No Objection Certificate (NOC): Must be able to provide a valid NOC for immediate transfer of sponsorship.
- Proven experience as a Lowbed Driver.
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor roadside repairs is a plus.
