Duties

• Prepare and serve breakfast items with attention to quality, presentation, and food safety standards
• Set up buffet stations, replenish supplies, and ensure all food is fresh and appealing
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and serving stations through regular cleaning and bussing
• Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu items, and assist with special dietary requests
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
• Assist with food preparation tasks like slicing, portioning, or assembling breakfast dishes
• Support catering or banquet functions by setting up breakfast displays and serving guests efficiently

Requirements

• Previous kitchen experience or food preparation skills preferred; familiarity with food handling standards essential
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and phone etiquette
• Ability to operate POS systems including Aloha POS or Micros POS confidently
• Experience in hospitality roles such as host/hostess, catering, or food service highly desirable
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to maintain health standards
• Capable of standing for extended periods, lifting moderate loads, and working early morning shifts
• Excellent teamwork skills combined with proactive communication to ensure smooth service flow
