Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, including hot dishes, pastries, fruits, and beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with seating arrangements, and provide friendly customer service throughout their breakfast experience.
• Manage food handling responsibilities with precision, including proper storage, portioning, and replenishment of breakfast supplies.
• Restock buffet items regularly during service hours to ensure a fresh and appealing presentation.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and housekeeping to uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles such as host/hostess, server, or catering assistant is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly.
• Experience working with dietary restrictions or food safety protocols is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage guests courteously etiquette or in person.
• Background in banquet service or hotel hospitality enhances your ability to deliver exceptional guest relations.
