Duties

• Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring food presentation is appealing and replenished promptly
• Food preparation, including cooking, and assembling breakfast items using proper food handling techniques
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen, and service equipment through regular cleaning and sanitation practices
• Serve guests with enthusiasm, answer questions about menu items, and accommodate dietary restrictions with care

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality roles such as host/hostess or banquet attendant is highly desirable
• Knowledge of food preparation, food safety standards, and proper handling techniques
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and guest relations abilities
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with meal preparation, coffee service, or culinary skills
• Demonstrated commitment to cleanliness, safety protocols, and customer satisfaction
• ServSafe certification is a plus
