Breakfast Attendant

- Prepare and set up breakfast buffet for hotel guests, weekdays 5am start, Weekends 6am start.
- Ensure all food items are properly displayed and replenished as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of breakfast area
- Greet and assist guests with their breakfast needs
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and other hotel staff
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Dietary aide experience is a plus
