<Responsibilities>

• Prepare and serve breakfast items efficiently, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
• Set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all items are stocked, clean, and inviting
• Handle food handling duties with strict adherence to safety and sanitation protocols
• Assist with food preparation tasks
• Clean and sanitize work areas, kitchen equipment, dining and public areas spaces and to uphold hygiene standards
• Buss tables promptly after guests finish their meals to maintain a tidy environment
• Provide friendly guest services by answering questions about menu items and accommodating dietary needs
• Maintain open communication with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy mornings

<Skills>

• Proven kitchen experience with knowledge of food preparation and handling techniques
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cashiering experience is a plus
• Previous banquet, catering, or hotel experience enhances your ability to deliver exceptional service
• Strong cleaning, bussing, and food safety skills to uphold hygiene standards at all times
• Customer service expertise with excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with coffee-making or barista duties is advantageous for beverage service
• Knowledge of dietary restrictions and food allergy awareness ensures guest safety and satisfaction
• Hospitality background including host/hostess or guest relations roles helps create a welcoming atmosphere
• Knife skills, meat cutting, meal preparation, and culinary experience contribute to versatile kitchen support
