Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, including hot dishes, pastries, fruits, and beverages, following food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations.
• Assist with food presentation and ensure all items are replenished promptly to meet guest demand.
• Buss tables efficiently by clearing dishes and ensuring the dining area remains tidy throughout service hours.
• Follow proper food handling procedures and adhere to dietary restrictions or special guest requests.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness through regular cleaning duties, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
• Provide excellent guest services by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring a positive experience.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles such as host/hostess, server, or catering assistant is preferred.
• Kitchen experience including food preparation, cooking, or meal assembly is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling techniques is essential for maintaining health standards.
• Customer service skills including guest relations, and communication are vital for success.
