Duties

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive for breakfast service, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere
• Assist guests with seating arrangements, ensuring smooth flow and timely service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, buffet stations, and serving areas
• Replenish food items, condiments, and beverages promptly to ensure freshness and availability
• Monitor guest needs throughout the meal, responding quickly to requests or concerns
• Support food preparation tasks such as setting up buffet stations or assisting with plating when needed
• Follow all food safety and handling procedures diligently to uphold health standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to deliver seamless service during busy hours

Skills

• Prior experience in fine dining or food industry roles that emphasize exceptional customer service
• Strong background in serving, food preparation, or catering environments, especially within banquet settings
• Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse guests confidently and professionally
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
• Experience working as a dietary aide or in hospitality roles that require attention to dietary restrictions and special requests
• Barista experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with beverage preparation and customer interaction
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Passion for delivering outstanding food service and creating welcoming guest experiences
