Duties

• Prepare and set up breakfast stations with fresh food items, beverages, and condiments to ensure an appealing presentation.
• Serve guests efficiently and courteously, addressing their needs with a friendly attitude.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, counters, and serving stations.
• Monitor food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
• Replenish supplies as needed throughout the shift to guarantee a seamless breakfast service.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as slicing fruits or assembling breakfast items when required.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to deliver a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fine dining, food service, or hospitality environments is highly preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude.
• Experience in serving, food preparation, catering, or banquet settings is advantageous.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
