Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at the Spark by Hilton in Nacogdoches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including hotels, residential properties, and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities.
• Manage housekeeping tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and cleaning carpets.
• Launder linens and towels while ensuring proper handling and storage.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to health regulations while performing cleaning duties.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, ensuring high standards are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role within hotels or residential cleaning environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products used in floor care and carpet cleaning.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement or additional care.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests and team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights.
• Availability to work the requested hours and a flexible schedule.
