Breakfast Attendant

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests during breakfast service. Your primary focus will be on food preparation, presentation, and ensuring that all food safety standards are met. Duties

• Prepare and set up the breakfast area with food items, beverages, and utensils.
• Ensure all food items are displayed attractively and kept at appropriate temperatures.
• Monitor food inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout service.
• Communicate effectively with guests to provide assistance and answer any questions about menu items.
• Operate cash register for any transactions related to breakfast service.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure guest health and safety.
• Assist in cleaning up the breakfast area after service, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
• Provide exceptional customer service by helping guests with their needs and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or culinary roles is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Familiarity with coffee preparation is a plus.
• A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others are crucial for success in this role.
