Breakfast Attendant - Part time

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services during the breakfast hours, ensuring that all food and beverage offerings are presented in a welcoming and efficient manner. This role requires a keen attention to detail and a passion for hospitality, as you will be the first point of contact for guests during their morning experience. Open availability required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet with fresh food items, beverages, and condiments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, ensuring it meets health and safety standards.
• Assist guests with inquiries regarding menu items and provide recommendations as needed.
• Prepare and cook all breakfast food items in accordance with brand standards and ensuring all items are fully stocked during breakfast hours
• Perform bi-weekly food and supplies inventory and place orders
• Ensure all tables and breakfast areas are clean for incoming guests.
• Greet and engage with all guests and maintain high guest service scores.
• Provide excellent guest services by addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
• Deep clean breakfast areas, buffet area and kitchen on a weekly basis.

Skills

• Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Be able to work at a fast pace during busy periods and hotel's high occupancy
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
• Basic cooking skills for meal preparation are a plus.
• Previous experience in catering or food service is advantageous.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A friendly demeanor with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences.
