Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items, including eggs, pancakes, breakfast meats, fruits, and other morning specialties
• Follow standardized recipes and menu plans to ensure consistency and quality in every dish
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards at all times
• Assist with food presentation and plating to ensure visually appealing dishes
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking or ordering supplies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy breakfast hours
• Support dietary department needs by accommodating special dietary requests and ensuring proper food handling procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in dietary or culinary roles, preferably in a restaurant or fine dining environment
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations
• Skilled in menu planning, meal preparation, and food handling practices
• Excellent knife skills and proficiency in kitchen equipment operation
• Experience with catering or large-scale food service is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality
• A positive attitude with excellent teamwork and communication skills
