Breakfast Lead

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. Candidate must be a dependable and reliable morning person as this job requires arrival at 5AM with the shift ending around 11:30AM. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving breakfast items, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for food service, contributing to an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast items according to established recipes and standards.
• Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet with fresh food items and condiments as needed.
• Keep inventory and report to GM so we are able to keep all mandatory items in stock
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas throughout the shift.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently - only ovens and microwaves.
• Assist guests with special dietary need requests and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and handling.
• Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or culinary roles is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment effectively, including meat cutting tools if necessary.
• Strong attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
