We’re looking for outgoing, reliable, and team-oriented Bartenders who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and love creating memorable guest experiences.

Job Summary
Join our team as a Breakfast Server, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable mornings for our guests. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face welcoming guests, taking their orders, and delivering exceptional service in a lively, fast-paced environment. Your attention to detail and passion for food and guest relations will ensure every breakfast experience is delightful and seamless. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your food service expertise while contributing to a warm, inviting atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their breakfast experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as ensuring clear communication with the kitchen team
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation
• Clear tables promptly, bus dishes, and assist with maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards
• Manage cash handling transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery in a fine dining or casual setting
• Assist with opening or closing duties as needed, including setting up stations and restocking supplies
• Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a welcoming environment

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or food service experience, particularly in breakfast or brunch settings; fine dining experience is a plus
• Strong food handling knowledge, including sanitation practices and food safety regulations
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
• Experience with upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
• Knowledge of food industry standards related to serving, bussing, and food preparation
• Hospitality background with guest relations expertise; previous host/hostess experience is beneficial
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed . Must be available to work Friday to Sunday.
