Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive, providing friendly and efficient service throughout their breakfast experience
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled
• Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and food safety
• Assist with food handling, food preparation, and bussing tables to keep the dining area clean and organized
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities using OpenTable or other reservation tools
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately while processing payments efficiently
• Maintain sanitation standards by adhering to proper sanitation practices and food safety regulations

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience, particularly in fine dining or food industry settings, is highly preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols to ensure health standards are met
• Experience in serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles within a nightclub or restaurant setting is advantageous
• Basic math skills for cash handling and cashiering; comfort with basic calculations required
