What You Will Do:
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated, board-certified Physician Assistant to step into an autonomous outpatient role within a busy, well-respected breast care practice, working alongside a collaborative clinical team and supported by the full resources of a robust health system network.

NCCPA board certification

Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration

Guide patients through their care journey from initial consultation to post-operative follow-ups, delivering the clinical expertise and emotional reassurance vital for breast health journeys.

Manage an independent outpatient caseload of 15–17 patients per day, serving as their dedicated, primary point of contact during clinic hours

Previous Breast Surgery Experience Preferred: Bring prior clinical experience from a breast surgery or breast health environment to smoothly transition into this specialized patient panel

What You Will Need:
Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Physician Assistant credentialed from the Maryland Board of Physicians obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:

Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program. Master's degree preferred.
Work Experience:

1 year of experience preferred.
