Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Breeze Implementation Consultant to guide clients through successful CareCloud Breeze implementations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare IT, client success, and optimizing clinical and operational workflows. The consultant will act as a subject matter expert, ensuring timely project delivery and driving best practices across implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the CareCloud Breeze platform.
- Lead client implementation projects, ensuring milestones are met and delivered on time.
- Prepare agendas, training plans, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for clients.
- Collect and analyze client data to provide configuration guidance and solutions.
- Recommend process improvements and share best practices to enhance client workflows.
- Identify, assess, and communicate project risks to stakeholders proactively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.
Tools / Skills
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Health IT, Nursing, or related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in EHR/EMR implementations or healthcare IT consulting.
- Strong understanding of clinical and administrative workflows.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CareCloud Breeze or similar healthcare platforms is preferred.
