Job DescriptionWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Content Manager to build, manage, and grow our digital presence. This role will be responsible for developing engaging content across social media channels, writing compelling blogs, and ensuring our brand voice is consistent and impactful across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to grow followers, engagement, and reach.
• Manage daily posting across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, creative platforms, etc.).
• Monitor social performance, track analytics, and optimize campaigns.
• Research industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to stay ahead.
• Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and community interactions.
• Content Creation & Blog Writing
• Write, edit, and publish SEO-friendly blog articles to position the brand as a thought leader.
• Create compelling social media copy, captions, and storytelling content.
• Collaborate with design teams to produce visuals, graphics, and short-form videos.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all content touchpoints.
• Manage an editorial calendar to align content with campaigns and company initiatives.

Brand Presence & Growth:

• Ensure brand positioning is consistent across all digital platforms.
• Work with marketing and design teams to align content with campaigns and promotions.
• Suggest new ideas, formats, and campaigns to strengthen brand awareness.
• Regularly analyze content performance and report on key KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in social media management, content writing, or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of growing social media presence and engagement.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and CMS platforms.
