Junior Bridge Design Engineer

Experience: 3-5 Years

Responsibilities:

• Assist in design and analysis of RCC/PSC bridge components
• Prepare calculations, drawings, and BBS
• Support design documentation as per IRC & IS codes
• Work with design software (STAAD / MIDAS / SAP)

Senior Bridge Design Engineer

Experience: 6–10 Years

Responsibilities:

• Independently design RCC, PSC, steel, and composite bridges
• Perform seismic, wind, and construction stage analysis
• Review drawings and calculations of junior engineers
• Coordinate with highway, geotechnical, and construction teams
• Address client, proof consultant, and authority comments

Lead Bridge Design Engineer / Design Manager

Experience: 15+ Years

Responsibilities:

• Lead complete bridge design from concept to execution
• Define design philosophy and ensure compliance with IRC/MoRTH
• Manage design teams, schedules, and deliverables
• Interface with clients, independent engineers, and authorities
• Support tender designs and value engineering initiatives

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech / M.E./M.Tech in Civil / Structural Engineering
• Experience in highway & bridge projects preferred
