Monday - Thursday: 8:45am - 5pm,

Friday: 9am-4pm

COMPENSATION: $25-$27 per hour

IDEAL NANNY:

We are seeking a professional, dedicated caregiver who views nannying as a long-term career and takes pride in supporting children’s growth and development. Our ideal nanny finds fulfillment in creating engaging, meaningful experiences and prioritizes age-appropriate interaction for each child.

With three children of varying ages, it’s important to us that each child feels supported, challenged, and valued as an individual. We’re looking for someone who provides structure and consistency, while remaining flexible and adaptable when needed.

Our ideal caregiver is high-energy, organized, and maintains a calm, positive demeanor. They treat all children fairly, engage with their unique interests, and partner with us in fostering confidence and independence.

Above all, honesty, trust, and open communication are essential to our family.

DAILY TASKS:

Responsibilities include all standard nanny duties focused on the children, such as meeting daily needs (meals, diapering, etc.) and providing engaging, age-appropriate activities including play, crafts, and early learning.

The caregiver will also help maintain a tidy environment throughout the day by cleaning up after meals and play (with child involvement when appropriate), managing children’s laundry, and assisting with light household tasks such as loading the dishwasher.

Additional responsibilities include participating in playgroups and accompanying the children on outings to support socialization and development.
