Brixx Craft House (FOH Manager)

Areas of focus:

• Manage / lead 3 -5 shifts per week.
• Demonstrate exceptional Leadership.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the menu, including preparation, ingredients, and description.
• Provide training and accountability for all staff.
• Delegate staff responsibilities as needed.
• Anticipate and deliver exceptional service on a consistent basis.
• Attend department meetings and training sessions.
• Perform and/or manage opening and closing duties as assigned.

Brixx is a locally owned and operated restaurant. We are affiliated with The Reef, The Brickyard, Legends, and The Front Door. We have been in Boise since 2018 and are currently looking for someone who wants to work in a fun environment, for a family run company, with a vision of growing with us.
