Role Overview

We are looking for a Broadcast Technology Engineer to manage, maintain, and optimize our broadcasting systems and digital platforms. This role requires a professional with expertise in radio transmission, audio engineering, and IT integration. You will be responsible for ensuring reliable broadcast operations, supporting live productions, and driving innovation in broadcast technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain broadcast equipment, including transmitters, audio consoles, and automation systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues during live and recorded broadcasts.
• Ensure compliance with broadcasting standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with production teams to deliver high-quality audio content.
• Integrate digital streaming platforms and support online broadcasting initiatives.
• Maintain documentation of technical processes, configurations, and system updates.
• Research emerging broadcast technologies and recommend improvements.
• Provide technical training and support to staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Engineering, Electronics, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in broadcast technology or audio engineering.
• Strong knowledge of radio transmission systems, audio processing, and IT networks.
• Experience with digital streaming platforms and automation software.
• Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, live broadcast environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR22,000.00 per month
