Role Overview: Bones is seeking a Broasted Chicken Chef who knows the secret to the perfect crunch. You will lead the "Broasted" side of our kitchen, ensuring every piece of chicken is consistently crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Process: Handle the cleaning, brining, breading, and pressure-frying of chicken.
• Equipment: Operate and maintain industrial pressure fryers (Henny Penny or similar).
• Consistency: Follow exact timing and temperature protocols to ensure food safety and quality.
• Inventory: Monitor chicken stock and oil quality daily.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in a high-volume broasted chicken or fried chicken outlet.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with pressure fryers and filtration systems.
• Certifications: Valid Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate is a must.
• Attributes: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean station.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD250.000 - BD300.000 per month
