Location: Janabiya, Bahrain

Salary: BHD 250 (Full-time)

Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled and passionate Shawarma Chef to join our new concept, Bones. You will be responsible for the entire shawarma process, from the secret marination to the final shave and wrap. We need someone who treats the vertical spit like an art form.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation: Expertly marinate, stack, and prepare meat/chicken skewers daily.
  • Cooking: Manage heat levels and rotate the spit to ensure perfectly cooked, juicy meat.
  • Service: Fast and consistent slicing (shaving) and sandwich assembly during peak hours.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of taste and presentation according to "Bones" recipes.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience specializing in Shawarma (Arabic or Turkish style).
  • Certifications: Valid Level 1 or 2 Food Safety/Hygiene Certificate (required by Bahrain Ministry of Health).
  • Skills: High-speed slicing skills and knowledge of charcoal or gas rotisserie operations.
  • Status: Preference for candidates already in Bahrain with a transferable visa/LMRA status.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD250.000 - BD300.000 per month
