About the Role

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Real Estate Broker to join its high‑performing Abu Dhabi team. Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital outreach.
• Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and manage the full sales or leasing process.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date portfolio of available properties and stay informed about new launches.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners.
• Prepare and review necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with UAE real estate regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, administration, and CRM, to support client transactions.
• Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or Property Consultant in the UAE (Abu Dhabi experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, communities, and developers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
• ADREC/RERA certification is an advantage or willingness to obtain it.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools is a plus.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
