Job Description

RE/MAX Smart Concept Real Estate is looking for ambitious, confident, and performance-driven Real Estate Brokers / Property Consultants to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.

This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about real estate, client advisory, sales, and building a long-term career in a competitive market. At RE/MAX Smart Concept, you will receive professional support, lead assistance, CRM tools, marketing exposure, and content creation support to help you build your personal brand as a real estate professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Abu Dhabi
• Generate, manage, and follow up with leads through calls, meetings, viewings, and CRM updates
• Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors
• Conduct property viewings and present suitable options to clients
• Understand client requirements and provide professional property advice
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate market trends, prices, communities, and projects
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, deals, and client communication in the CRM
• Work closely with the sales, marketing, and listing teams to promote available properties
• Build and maintain a strong personal brand through social media and marketing content
• Achieve monthly sales and performance targets

Candidate Requirements

• Passion for real estate, sales, and client advisory
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, presentable, and professional personality
• Ability to work in a performance-driven environment
• Previous real estate or sales experience is preferred
• Abu Dhabi real estate market knowledge is an advantage
• UAE driving license is preferred
• Immediate joiners will be given priority
• Must be motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
