Brokerage Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Manage property publications, viewings, and offers on BSO Club Application.

Operate the admin panel: answer messages, add/delete units, approve viewings, offers, and agency units, verify Trakheesi.

Track and report agent engagement, following up on inactive or difficult units.

Prepare PVRs (Property Valuation Reports) upon request.

Handle incoming calls, guiding agents to register and operate exclusively via BSO Club.

Engage agents to increase activity on difficult BSO units and monitor conversion progress.

Outreach to new agents to encourage registration and active use of the BSO Club application.

Support automated processes for advertising permits, agent onboarding, and KPI tracking.
Requirements:

Prior experience in real estate coordination or brokerage operations is a plus.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Familiarity with property management platforms or CRM systems.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to engage agents proactively, track performance, and follow structured roadmaps.

Comfortable with data tracking, reporting, and basic Excel skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
