The Brow Lounge, in both our Lemont and Frankfort locations, is hiring passionate and talented Brow and Lash Artists to join our dynamic beauty team! In this vibrant role, you will deliver exceptional brow shaping and eyelash extension services, enhance clients’ natural beauty, and provide a comprehensive range of esthetic treatments. Your energy, creativity, and dedication will help create a welcoming atmosphere where clients feel confident and pampered. Responsibilities

• Perform brow services and/or eyelash extension applications with precision and care, ensuring a natural or dramatic look based on client preference
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments to meet individual client needs
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to client goals, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience from consultation to post-treatment care
• Assist with retail sales of skincare products and beauty tools to enhance client results and satisfaction

Experience

• Proven experience in retail sales within the beauty or wellness industry is highly desirable
• Certification or licensing in cosmetology, barbering, or esthetician specialties such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, or skincare treatments is required
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships
• Experience brow shaping and lash services is required
• Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols in all treatments

Pay: $18.00 - $50.00 per hour
