The Opportunity

We're looking for a VA licensed esthetician or cosmetologist who is ready to grow within a high performing, drama free environment. Whether you're just starting out or looking to specialize in lashes and brows, we'll provide the mentorship, marketing, and tools you need to succeed. (TRAINING PROVIDED- NO PRIOR LASH/BROW EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)

What You'll Do

• Provide high quality lash and brow services with precision and attention to detail
• Offer a personalized, warm experience to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Participate in continued education + skills development
• Be a team player in a positive, goal driven studio

What We're Looking For

• Valid VA Esthetician or Cosmetology License (required)
• Strong sense of professionalism and time management
• Eagerness to learn and grow long term in the beauty industry
• Positive attitude and genuine interest in client care
• Team first mentality (we're drama free and plan to stay that way!)
