Brow Threading Specialist

R Waxing is looking for a skilled Brow Threading Specialist — our Brow Architect — to join our luxury team.

In this role, you'll deliver expert eyebrow threading and shaping services that reflect our commitment to precision, artistry, and elevated client care. We're seeking someone who brings proven threading technique, exceptional attention to detail, and a genuine passion for creating flawless brow results.

You'll play a key role in driving studio success — through expert brow artistry, thoughtful retail guidance, and building lasting client relationships — while collaborating with our team to deliver seamless, elevated experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform expert eyebrow threading services to shape and define brows according to each client's facial features and preferences
• Conduct thorough brow consultations to understand each client's desired look and recommend appropriate shaping techniques
• Maintain detailed client records and service notes
• Educate clients on brow maintenance, aftercare, and recommended touch-up schedules
• Uphold R Waxing's luxury standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and client care
• Support retail sales of products and services
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client experiences

Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise in eyebrow threading technique (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of facial structure and brow shaping principles
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision
• Strong client service skills with luxury service experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end environment
• Professional communication skills
• Commitment to ongoing education and skill development
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience with brow tinting and/or lamination
• Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in the state of Texas
• Proficiency in salon scheduling software (e.g., BLVD)

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $13.00 – $15.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

Studio hours: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (closed Sundays). Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on client demand.

Additional Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform detailed work
• Professional appearance and adherence to studio dress code, grooming standards and brand guidelines
