Bsc Nurse (Care Home)

Key Responsibilities Deliver direct and compassionate nursing care to patients. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and progress. Collaborate with doctors and allied health professionals in clinical care. Maintain accurate medical documentation and reports. Educate patients and families about health maintenance and post-treatment care. Ensure strict infection control, hygiene, and patient safety practices. Participate in clinical training, skill updates, and quality improvement programs.
