BSE (Business Sales Executive)

Job Description:

We are actively hiring enthusiastic and self-motivated Business Sales Executives to join our US Campaign. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating sales leads and building long-term customer relationships to contribute to the company’s growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Must be a proactive and creative sales professional with strong leadership qualities and a go-getter mindset
  • Discover and pursue new sales prospects while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Proactively seek out sales opportunities through cold calling and networking
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with customers through open and effective communication
  • Handle client inquiries and follow-up calls professionally and promptly
  • Drive client acquisition by improving and managing the sales process
  • Identify and explore potential business opportunities in both new and existing markets

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (both listening and speaking)
  • Previous experience in a sales management or similar role
  • Prior experience in a call center is a plus
  • Experience working in international campaigns is an advantage
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of sales and marketing practices
  • 1-2 years of an experience is required

Job Details:

  • Shift Timing: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Job Type: Full-time
