Job Title: B.Tech Mechanical Engineer – Quality

Location: Surajpur, Site C, Greater Noida
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year (Freshers can also apply)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in quality inspection of incoming, in-process, and finished products
• Perform dimensional and visual inspections as per drawings and quality plans
• Support senior quality engineers in IQC, IPQC, and final inspection activities
• Maintain inspection records, check sheets, and quality documentation
• Identify and report non-conformities and quality issues
• Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and safety norms
• Participate in 5S and continuous improvement activities

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of quality concepts and manufacturing processes
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
• Familiarity with measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, gauges)
• Willingness to learn quality tools and standards
• Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
