BTL Marketing Executive

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

● Field Work & Outreach ○ Conduct market visits, surveys, and promotional field activities

○ Represent the company at local campaigns and events

● Market Research ○ Gather data on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences ○ Assist in preparing insights and findings for reporting

● Market Analysis ○ Support the team in analyzing market data for planning and strategy○ Identify potential opportunities and gaps in target markets

● Team Coordination ○ Collaborate with internal departments and field teams for execution ○ Communicate effectively to ensure timely delivery of campaign goals

● Reporting & Documentation ○ Maintain daily logs of field activities and marketing progress. ○ Prepare basic reports to assist in performance tracking

● Marketing Support ○ Assist in day-to-day branding, promotional, and lead generation tasks ○ Contribute ideas and feedback to optimize campaigns Desired Candidate Profile:

● Graduate in any discipline (Marketing preferred)

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills

● Energetic, self-driven, and ready to take initiative

● Basic understanding of marketing fundamentals

● Willingness to travel for field activities
