Position Summary

The Wing Resource Advisor supports Wing financial operations by managing budgets, tracking spending, and helping leadership make informed financial decisions.

Essential Functions

• Serve as a resource advisor and budget analyst for Wing financial operations.
• Support budget formulation, execution, and financial planning.
• Track obligations, expenditures, and funding requirements.
• Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and leadership briefings.
• Support audits, reviews, and financial compliance activities.
• Coordinate financial actions with units, finance offices, and Wing leadership.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation, records, and funding documentation.
• Assist with budget submissions and financial forecasting.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• 4 years of experience in budgeting, finance, or resource management.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly.
