$33.65 – $39.01 per hour

Position Overview

The Budget Analyst supports the financial health of the organization by leading budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and grant-related financial activities. This role partners with leadership to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Lead annual budgeting process
• Conduct variance analysis and financial monitoring
• Prepare financial reports and dashboards
• Support grant budgeting and compliance
• Assist with capital planning and financial modeling
• Support audits and strategic financial initiatives
• Train staff on budgeting processes

What You Bring

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of budgeting/financial analysis experience
• Strong Excel and financial systems experience
• Valid CA Driver’s License

Preferred:

• Nonprofit or behavioral health experience
• Grant funding and compliance knowledge

Work Environment

Office-based role with computer use; occasional lifting up to 25 lbs; possible driving.

Compensation & Benefits

• $33.65 – $39.01 per hour (non-exempt)
