Budget Analyst (Orlando, FL, hybrid)

Innovative Technologies Corporation (ITC) is seeking a Budget Analyst to support a proposal we are bidding on. This position is expected to be located in Orlando, FL. We estimate the award will be made later this year.

This role provides financial planning, budget execution, and cost analysis support for the DHA MST PMO. The position supports lifecycle cost estimating, financial tracking, and reporting to support program execution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Federal or DoD budgeting, cost analysis, or financial management.
• Experience preparing or supporting IGCEs, ROMs, budget plans, and execution tracking.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.

Desired Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of financial plans, lifecycle cost estimates, POEs, IGCEs, and ROMs.
• Support development, routing, approval, and tracking of Interagency Agreements and Comptroller requirements forms.
• Monitor execution of obligation plans and spend plans for mission and support funds.
• Track, reconcile, and report budgets, funding requirements, commitments, obligations, disbursements, and unliquidated obligations.
• Prepare management-level reports and presentations on funding, budgets, and execution status.

Compensation & Benefits
The Salary for this contingent hire position is $62,000 to $72,000 based on experience and includes medical/dental/vision benefits, 15 days PTO and 7 days sick time; other benefits available. ITC is open to salary outside this range for the right fully-qualified candidate.
