What is the Main Aim of This Position?

Responsible for coordinating the Strategic Planning processes of all GUs and conducting budget and periodic forecast studies and feasibility studies.

What We Expect From You?

• To assume primary responsibility for ensuring the accuracy, reliability and quality of the results of financial reports,
• To take an active role in the Strategic Planning processes of the GUs affiliated to the Eti Group and to prepare the financial results,
• To carry out Budget, Actual and Periodic Forecast studies and prepare financial results for all GUs,
• To prepare and consolidate Eti Group's company and GU annual budget; financial tables on solo and consolidated basis (financial ratios, profit/loss tables, balance sheet, cash flow, product, sub-channel, customer profitability analysis etc.)
• To follow up on the strategic and performance development action plans of the ETi Group of Companies on a company and GU basis as a result of the SP and Budget process and calculating their financial impacts,
• To monitor the profitability and efficiency action plans included in the strategic plan, budget and forecast studies, and to check the compliance of the inputs in the feasibility study with the strategic plan and forecast studies,
• To conduct brand and SKU profitability optimization studies, monitor action plans and creating relevant reports (Sales, Nielsen, Returns)
• To provide support for pricing studies for Türkiye and International GUs,
• To provide support for Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and R&D or to conduct ad-hoc analyses based on their own findings,
• To have knowledge about market dynamics and analyze competitors and sub-channels (SPM, DISC, etc.) in the Turkish market,
• To ensure that budget-actual expense comparison tables are prepared on a departmental basis and distributed to department directorates.

Why You?

•If you hold a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, and Business Administration,

• Preferably if you have at least 3 years of experience in the fields of finance and budget management,

•If you are familiar with, and preferably have expertise with SAP and BPC systems,

•If you have audited financial and financial analysis work and have knowledge and preferably experience in these areas,

•If you can use MS Office programs effectively,

•If you have excellent command of written and spoken English, you are exactly the one we are searching for.
