Position Summary
Provides budget and financial analysis support for the College of Business Administration Dean. Assists in the development, analysis, and execution of the college’s annual operating budget that is used to allocate current resources and estimate future financial requirements. Collaborates with academic affairs following budget guidelines and procedures. Advises CBA Dean regarding available options and budgetary implications. Reviews expenditures to ensure conformance with budgetary provisions. May use cost-benefit analysis to review financial requests. Prepares budget summaries and other reports for senior management review and approval. Monitors budget throughout the year to determine if funds have been spent as allocated. Works closely with the Business Manager and the NBDC Business/Grants Manager to accomplish common goals.
