Finance & Procurement Manager (Immediate Start)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Project Duration: Immediate – June 2027

Status: Candidate must already have their own valid Iqama — we will not provide or transfer iqama

We are looking for a highly skilled Finance & Procurement Manager with exceptionally strong budgeting expertise to support a major football tournament project in Riyadh. This role requires deep financial understanding, accuracy in numbers, and proven experience managing complex budgets and procurement functions in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full budgeting cycle for the project, including planning, forecasting, tracking, and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain detailed budget models to ensure accurate financial planning.
• Oversee procurement operations including vendor sourcing, negotiations, purchasing, and contract management.
• Ensure all procurement and financial processes strictly adhere to approved budgets.
• Provide strategic financial recommendations, cost-saving insights, and risk assessments.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior leadership.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to support smooth and efficient project delivery.
• Maintain strong financial documentation and ensure compliance for audits.

Requirements:

• Must be currently in KSA with your own valid Iqama .
• We will not transfer or issue an Iqama — only candidates with an existing one will be considered.
• Arabic speaker is a must
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration , or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in finance, budgeting, and procurement (experience in large-scale events or projects is an advantage).
• Exceptional budgeting skills with a strong track record of managing complex budgets and cost control.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and reporting abilities.
• Proven experience in procurement negotiations and vendor management.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to join immediately and commit until June 2027 .
