About the Role

We are seeking a Budget & Reporting Manager who has the will and ambition to work with the Finance team of Saint-Gobain Weber.

Responsibilities

• Supporting budget preparation and rolling forecast processes in collaboration with relevant departments
• Ensuring that budget sub-models comply with financial and managerial reporting requirements
• Performing budget vs. actual variance analyses
• Monitoring CAPEX and depreciation processes
• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual budget reports
• Contributing to IFRS and managerial reporting backup files
• Monitoring, analyzing and reporting compliance with company procedures and guidelines
• Ensuring accurate legal, governmental and sales-related reporting
• Executing cost accounting and cost control activities
• Utilizing experience in the manufacturing sector (experience in the chemical industry is a strong asset)

Qualifications

• Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields graduate
• Minimum 5 years of experience in budgeting and financial reporting; strong knowledge of IFRS and managerial reporting
• Experience in the manufacturing industry (Chemical industry experience preferred)

Required Skills

• Ability to design and adapt systems according to changing needs
• Strong written and verbal English skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Hyperion or Magnitude is an asset.
• Significant SAP experience, especially with active use of FI and CO modules
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Istanbul or Izmir
• Taking on additional controlling responsibilities when needed
