 The Role:
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for a Purchasing Responsible to manage purchasing processes, supplier relationships, and contract compliance within our portfolio. You&rsquo;ll report to the Purchasing Manager and play a key role in ensuring efficient procurement, improving supplier quality, and supporting cross-department collaboration and operational excellence.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Foster site compliance regarding purchasing strategy and procedures, Purchasing&rsquo;s Internal Controls Reference Framework [ICRF], Gift Policy and Responsible Purchasing Programme.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supplier contract processes are managed according to company procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Improvements in the product and service quality of current suppliers are supported.
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective communication between suppliers and related departments is ensured, and regular feedback and documentation are provided.
 </li>
 <li>
 Cooperation between departments is encouraged to create synergy and increase efficiency and effectiveness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Regular reports on purchasing processes are prepared.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For:

 Minimum 3 years of experience
 </li>

 Preferably a university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Chemistry

 Good level of English

 Experience with SAP (MM, PP modules)

 What You&rsquo;ll Do:

 Managing and following up on documents and operational processes related to export activities,

 Coordinating and monitoring customs procedures with the customs brokerage firm,
 </li>

 Managing shipments with the production team, freight forwarders and the customers,

 Conducting annual performance evaluations of suppliers under responsibility in accordance with company procedures,

 We are seeking a Budget &amp; Reporting Manager who has the will and ambition to work with the Finance team of Saint-Gobain Weber.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Supporting budget preparation and rolling forecast processes in collaboration with relevant departments
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring that budget sub-models comply with financial and managerial reporting requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Performing budget vs. actual variance analyses
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring CAPEX and depreciation processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual budget reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Contributing to IFRS and managerial reporting backup files
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring, analyzing and reporting compliance with company procedures and guidelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring accurate legal, governmental and sales-related reporting
 </li>

 Executing cost accounting and cost control activities
 </li>

 Utilizing experience in the manufacturing sector (experience in the chemical industry is a strong asset)

 Minimum 5 years of experience in budgeting and financial reporting; strong knowledge of IFRS and managerial reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in the manufacturing industry (Chemical industry experience preferred)
 </li>
