Foreign Customer Support Responsible

The Role:

We’re looking for a Foreign Customer Support Responsible to manage export operations within our portfolio.

What You’ll Do:

• Managing and following up on documents and operational processes related to export activities,
• Coordinating and monitoring customs procedures with the customs brokerage firm,
• Managing shipments with the production team, freight forwarders and the customers,
• Conducting annual performance evaluations of suppliers under responsibility in accordance with company procedures,
• Preparing and sharing required reports for the relevant periods with the respective departments.

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate of relevant departments from universities or vocational schools,
• 5 years of experience in export operation processes,
• Experience with SAP (MM, PP modules)
• Proficient in MS Office applications with strong presentation and reporting skills,
• Good level of English proficiency in both written and verbal communication,
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and international transportation processes
• Strong planning and organizational skills with a team-oriented approach,
• Collaborative and willing to work with different teams,
• Having experience in Authorized Economic Operator (YYS),
• Having L/C knowledge,
• Residing in Istanbul's Asian Side.
