In Turkey, we provide services to our guests in various concepts with a talented workforce of approximately 8,000 people in the Antalya, Muğla, and Istanbul regions.
We are seeking a valuable team member for the position of “Budget & Reporting Payroll Executive" to be considered at Rixos Tersane İstanbul.
Performs departmental tasks in line with company mission and vision.
Manages onboarding and offboarding processes, including SGK, KBS, İŞKUR notifications, payroll, and employment documentation.
Calculates severance, notice pay, bonuses, and other employee entitlements.
Oversees daily attendance, shift tracking, timesheets, and payroll processing.
Prepares, verifies, and submits payroll and related reports to Finance and Management.
Monitors relevant labor, social security, and tax law changes affecting payroll.
Ensures compliance with incentive programs, garnishments, and other legal deductions.
Prepares management reports, analyses, and predictive insights for decision-making.
Supports internal and external audits and integrates data into Power BI to automate reporting.
Prepares the monthly workforce schedule and submits it to İŞKUR.
Tracks timesheets and invoices for extra personnel during the month.
Prepares annual salary increase tables as determined by headquarters.
Prepares payroll-related files and reports requested by headquarters, including monthly payroll load and any additional required reports.
Conducts specialized data analyses for management reports (e.g., headcount trends, turnover rates, department-level cost analyses).
Prepares predictive reports and analyses to support management decision-making.
Provides reporting support for internal and external audits when required.
Holds a university degree in a relevant field.
Preferably has at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Proficient in Attendance and Access Control Systems (PDKS).
Experienced in budgeting and reporting processes.
Preferably experienced with Hrweb Payroll software.
Skilled in reporting tools and models (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs.
Strong knowledge of labor law and relevant regulations.
Possesses strong analytical thinking skills.
Able to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments.
English proficiency required.
