Budgeting & Planning Sr. Specialist

C2 company, marking a pivotal step in the development of the Saudi airports sector. The company manages and operates airports, including domestic and international airports. The company aims to build an advanced network of airports that supports tourism and enhances services quality and operational efficiency to achieve the Saudi Vision 2030 by developing airports and enhancing the investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed annual and monthly budgets that reflect the company’s financial objectives.
• Work with different departments to identify their financial needs and ensure they are included in the budget.
• Monitor daily spending and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
• Analyze variances between approved budgets and actual results and propose corrective actions.
• Provide long-term financial plans that support defining the company’s future financial direction.
• Develop financial models to evaluate future performance and provide financial forecasts.
• Prepare periodic reports showing the financial position and spending compared to the budget.
• Provide analytical reports highlighting variances and required improvement recommendations.
• Work with various teams to ensure budget alignment with each department’s needs and provide the necessary resources to achieve objectives.
• Provide financial advice to senior management on how to improve financial efficiency.
• Offer suggestions to enhance planning and budgeting processes and improve financial efficiency.
• Review financial policies and procedures and ensure their improvement to align with business requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Work Experience

• 4–6 years of experience as a Senior Planning and Budget Specialist in the same field.
