Step into a warm, island-inspired hospitality environment at the Hawaiian Airlines Lounge. Sodexo Live! is seeking dependable and guest-focused Buffet Runners / Food Service Workers to support the delivery of fresh, high-quality food and beverage offerings in a premium lounge setting.

Schedule:

Open availability preferred.
Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Schedule may vary based on operational needs.

Your Impact:

As a Buffet Runner / Food Service Worker, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and elevated lounge experience by:

Supporting culinary and service teams with timely setup and replenishment of buffet stations.
Maintaining clean, organized, and fully stocked service areas.
Ensuring all food displays meet quality and presentation standards.
Contributing to a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment for guests.
Collaborating with team members to meet and exceed service expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, maintain, and break down buffet and service stations.
Replenish food, beverages, utensils, and supplies as needed.
Ensure all items are attractively presented and meet quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all service areas and equipment.
Assist with clearing tables and supporting overall lounge operations.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and safety briefings.
Communicate guest needs or operational concerns promptly.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

1 to 2 years of experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service preferred.
Experience in airport lounges, hotels, resorts, or high-volume environments is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
Professional appearance with a friendly, service-focused attitude that reflects Hawaiian hospitality.

Requirements:

Must successfully pass a TSA background check and drug screening.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
