About the Role

The YWCA of Delhi invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced individuals for engagement as a Building Consultant to assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, tender documents, and to provide technical guidance for repair, renovation, and construction-related works at various YWCA properties in Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:

· Preparation of detailed BOQs, specifications, and cost estimates.

· Providing technical inputs for repair and renovation works.

· Assisting in the evaluation of quotations and tenders.

· Conducting site visits and submitting progress/inspection reports as required.

· Coordination with contractors, vendors, and the Estate Department.

· Compliance and quality assurance.

Desirable: Educational Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

· Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil repair, renovation, or construction projects.

· Proven experience in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and supervising works.

· Knowledge of current market rates, materials, and construction standards.
