Building Engineer

DMS Facility Services is seeking a Commercial Building Engineer to service and maintain the day to day operations of a large commercial office building located in Sylmar California.

Shift: Mon- Fri 7:00am- 4:00pm

Compensation: $38-45.00 / hour

Qualifications & Skills:

· Minimum of 5 years of commercial office building experience

· Basic Construction Experience

· Good working knowledge of commercial HVAC,

· Knowledge of commercial Electrical, Plumbing systems, and welding

· Good verbal and written communication skills

· Must be able to pass a Background check.

Responsibilities & Duties:

· Schedule and work with contractors on building projects / repairs

· Make repairs to HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing systems

· Coordinate with Sub-Contractors

· Conduct building inspections

· Perform PM’s on building equipment
