Civil Engineer

We are looking for a motivated Civil Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in construction and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate must be skilled in AutoCAD, hold a NEBOSH safety certificate, and demonstrate strong capabilities in managing subcontractors and delivering high-quality finishing and decoration works.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update shop drawings and construction details using AutoCAD.
• Ensure compliance with site safety standards and implement HSE requirements (NEBOSH certified).
• Supervise and manage subcontractors to ensure timely execution and quality of works.
• Oversee and inspect finishing and decoration activities (painting, flooring, joinery, ceilings, partitions, etc.) to achieve client satisfaction.
• Monitor project progress, conduct site inspections, and resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate with consultants, project managers, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports, site records, and material requisitions.
• Support project cost control, quality assurance, and timely delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• 2–5 years’ experience in construction, fit-out, or civil engineering projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• NEBOSH Safety Certification (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of finishing and decoration works.
• Good subcontractor coordination and supervision skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of UAE building codes and standards is an advantage.
